The Soulful Table was born from conversations around retreat tables in Europe, afternoons spent art journaling with friends, and a simple realization: creating is richer when we do it together.

Once a month, we'll gather online with our journals, favorite supplies, and a beverage of choice. I'll offer a gentle theme or invitation, and then we'll spend time creating side by side—each in our own corner of the world, yet connected through shared presence and creativity.

This is not a class.

There are no perfect pages, artistic expectations, or assignments to complete.

Instead, The Soulful Table is a place to slow down, listen inward, make something meaningful, and enjoy the company of kindred spirits.

Over time, your journal may become a beautiful record of a season of your life—filled with layers, stories, colors, and moments that might otherwise have gone unnoticed.

What to Expect

Each monthly gathering includes:

• A warm welcome and opening reflection
• A seasonal theme, Soul Truth, story, or creative prompt
• Dedicated art journaling and creative time
• Optional sharing and conversation
• A monthly Soulful Sip recipe (cocktail and mocktail versions included)
• Access to the replay if you can't join live

Bring

• An art journal, sketchbook, or handmade journal
• Simple favorite supplies (paper, glue, pens, paints, collage materials—whatever you enjoy using)
• A favorite beverage
• A willingness to begin exactly where you are

No art experience is required.

Only curiosity, creativity, and a place at the table.
