Inspired by the practice of Everyday Noticing, this spiral-bound notebook is a place to record, gather, paste, scribble, collect, and keep the small moments that quietly become a life.

There are no rules for filling it.

Write in it. Draw in it. Tape things to the pages. Make lists. Record what you noticed today. Save the evidence of where you've been and who you were while you were there.

Over time, page by page, you'll create something entirely your own:
an archive of an ordinary life.
