What if an ordinary life were worthy of an archive?
Not someday.
Not after something remarkable happens.

Now.

The meals.
The errands.
The people.
The weather.
The books on the nightstand.
The objects on the kitchen counter.
The view from the window.
The funny thing someone said.
The things we're wearing and reading and cooking and worrying about and laughing at.

These tiny details can feel insignificant while we're living them.
And then one day, they're precisely the things we wish we could remember.

The Encyclopedia of Ordinary Days is an invitation to become the archivist of your own everyday life.

Throughout November, we'll explore simple, creative ways to document what is here.

Lists.
Labels.
Descriptions.
Photographs.
Fragments.
Stories.
Dates.
Objects.
Journal pages.
Small pieces of evidence.

Not because every moment needs to be preserved.
But because an ordinary life is made almost entirely from things that once seemed too ordinary to record.

We'll practice deciding what deserves a little ink.
A photograph.
A sentence.
A place in the archive.

THE NOVEMBER GATHERING
At month's end, we'll create our third small mixed-media artwork inspired by the question:
What is worth remembering?

Your finished piece will become an artful archive of the ordinary November you actually lived.

And for those who have spent the whole autumn with me, it will complete something beautiful.
